Family Glamping 2018

Glamping is just camping isn’t it? If it rains, we will still be miserable and wont have much to do right? WRONG! There’s so much more to glamping than just a stay under canvas!

Camp Katur in Bedale, North Yorkshire offer you a range of different accommodations, such as tipi’s, bell tents, hobbit pods, safari tents, unidomes and geodomes. Not sure what they are? Take a look on our website for further information on each type. Families can enjoy toasting marshmallows on the campfire, outside BBQ’s, many have candles and fairy lights that twinkle in the moonlight and if it is a bit chilly, some have log burners INSIDE the tents and some have gas heaters. Depending what type of accommodation you choose, you will be sure to find something to suit your family.

Do some in your family want adventure, and some just want to relax? Why not do both? Camp Katur is set in the gorgeous 250-acre Camp Hill Manor Estate offering the chance of fun packed weekends including football golf, children’s woodland adventure play area with shelter building and picnic playhouses, zip wire, Segway treks, quad biking and much much more.
