There is also an enclosed area where you can let your pets off the lead and watch your dog’s enjoy themselves.

These lovely holiday properties have been designed with comfort in mind and offer something for everything, with ample space for couple, families and friends alike. Daisy Lodge (ref UK12031) features double doors from the open plan living space that open directly out onto the patio, creating a light and airy space. Poppy Lodge (ref UK12032) offers ground floor accommodation with a private hot tub for a fabulous evening in. Oak (ref UK12037) is a lovely open plan bungalow offering spacious, comfortable accommodation with ground floor facilities. Chestnut (ref UK12065) provides a ground floor bedroom with en-suite wet room, making this an ideal choice for those bringing a relative with them. Ash (ref UK12038) and Walnut (ref UK12040) both offer a lovely open plan living space with French doors leading out onto the garden area, making them ideal for entertaining. Lake view 1 (ref UK12063) and 2 (ref UK12062) offer lovely views across the lake, along with a private hot tub for optimum relaxation. Badger’s Den (ref UK12034), Breeze Lodge (ref UK12036) and Dovecote (ref UK12033) are all detached lodges with their own hot tubs.

The traditional seaside resort of Mablethorpe, with its sandy beaches and amusements, is just 3 miles away. A little further to the south are Sutton-on-Sea and Sandilands, which have lovely beaches for all the family to enjoy and where you can also hire a beach hut for the day if you wish. For family days out, Skegness, Butlin’s and Fantasy Island are all within half an hour’s drive. The market towns of Alford and Louth are within a 25-minute drive for those that like to browse market stalls, shops and cafés. Donna Nook, home to the seal breeding grounds, is always worth a visit from September to November with often well over a 1000 seal pups born there each year. There are good walks and cycle routes from the door and throughout the area. Beach 3½ miles. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant on-site.
